Dr. Schneata Shyne-Turner is the visionary founder of CCMP, a non-profit organization that provides coaching, consulting, mentoring, and professional development services. She has a distinguished career in Human Resources Development, having worked as a training instructor, course developer, management, career and strategic advisor, and diversity, equity, and inclusion specialist at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. She retired from the Air Force in October 2021 after many years of service. Dr. Shyne-Turner is also a talented songwriter and vocalist, with a passion for music and the arts. She holds a BA in Music from the University of Dayton, an MS in Human Resources from Central Michigan University, and a Ph.D. in Human Resources with a concentration in Organization and Management from Capella University.
